The Wellness Roundup is sponsoring part three presentation series on the benefits of physical activity and therapy by Seth Peterson, doctor of Physical Therapy.
Find out ways to increase your stamina to stay active without medications or surgeries. Dr. Peterson will cover basic facts about common conditions and/or injuries, exercises to self-manage these conditions and why this is important and the benefits of seeking help from a physical therapist.
The title of this third presentation is “What Everyone Ought to Know About Staying Active as We Age.” We will meet on Thursday, October 25 in La Mesa/Montana Room from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. with time for questions after the talk.
