Well here it is already: spring. Are you sticking to your New Year’s resolutions? Have you changed a habit, set a goal, or challenged yourself? If the answer is no … no worriesyou can still do it! Life passes by so fast and seems so short … what is holding you back? We all want to live the rest of our days happy and healthy. That’s why we moved here, right? Not only do we want to continue to stimulate our brain, but also maintain a strong healthy body. Do you know the benefits of being physically active? You can improve your brain health, manage your weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your ability to do everyday things! Wowseems to me being physically active is a winwin!

So where do you start? Well here at SaddleBrooke Ranch we have many options right at our fingertips. One option is all the fitness classes offered here at our fitness center. From water aerobics, yoga, barre, Zumba, spinning, cardio, weight training, strength training, and even stretching, there is a class that will motivate you and fit your needs. So check them out!
