The Citizens Awareness Forum was recently formed at SaddleBrooke Ranch. It is a non-political group of tax payers created to learn about, discuss and share our findings regarding local government taxing entities; how our tax dollars are levied and how they are spent.
We are also interested in meeting and learning about various government employees and their roles in the governing process within Pinal County and Arizona in general.
Our first meeting was held on Thursday, November 5, 2015, in the LaMesa/LaMontana Rooms at 4:30 p.m. We had three very informative guest speakers. Two SaddleBrooke Ranch residents gave presentations.
The Citizens Awareness Forum is looking forward to continue informing residents about the Pinal County Junior College (aka Central Arizona College), our local schools, the local and county Court system and county and state government agencies.
