SaddleBrooke Ranch continues to grow and each month we welcome another great group of new residents to our SBR Newcomer’s Meet N Greet. The new neighbors bring energy, enthusiasm and interest in getting to know our community. They are especially eager to meet other residents and get involved with activities. As part of the Welcome to the Neighborhood committee, which consists of volunteers from SBR, monthly Newcomer’s Meet N Greets are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 4 p.m. at the Ranch House in the Inspirado Board Room. The purpose of this gathering is to orient newcomers to the many activities at the Ranch and to meet other new residents. Each month the number of new residents attending increases.
After the introductions, the newcomers have a chance to chat with others who have recently moved in or are just moving into SBR. People love to share stories about their moves and compare what they have done to decorate their homes. Very often new and long-lasting friendships are started. Meet N Greet has been welcoming newcomers for over six years thanks to co-leads, Linda Harvey and Linda Shannon-Hills.
