The annual Robson Challenge was held on Nov. 13. Eight teams from Arizona Robson communities competed in the annual event, and Mountain View/Preserve hosted this year.
The SaddleBrooke Ranch team of 12 was selected via a random pull by our head pro, Mike Jahaske. The team consisted of: Barb Simms, Mary Snowden, Carol Mihal, Trish Kelly, Cheryl Reddy, Marlyce Mycka, Carole Ericksen, Jeanne Osterlund, Lorraine Smith, Mary Anderson, Cheri Alfrey, and Mary Hoover.
While we didn’t come home with the trophy, we did pretty well!
Results were in 1st place, Mountain View/Preserve had the home course advantage and a total of 720; 2nd place, Tuscany Falls with 725; and in 3rd place, SaddleBrooke Ranch with 735.
We also had winners in all but one flight.
Flight 2: 3rd place—Trish Kelly.
Flight 3: 2nd place—Cheryl Reddy.
Flight 4: 1st place—Carole Ericksen.
Flight 5: 3rd place—Cheri Alfrey.
Flight 6: 3rd place—Mary Hoover.

It was a lot of fun and a beautiful day for golf. We’ll get that trophy back next year!
