Peggy and Tom Brisch moved to SBR from Omaha. They are now at home in Unit 17.
Linda Monrad and Leslie Cooke moved here from Oregon and have settled into Unit 10.
Maggi and Craig Leyburn relocated from Washington to Unit 17. They are outdoor enthusiasts. Maggi also enjoys knitting and quilting.
Jackie Elphic from California enjoys being a “dog mom” who has shown and trained dogs for 30 years. She now lives in Unit 10.
Linda and Bruce Keller are now home in Unit 15B. They hold private pilot licenses and moved from Palm Springs.
Karen and Tom Keinath are long time Clemson fans who moved into Unit 8 from Colorado.
Jim Hoagland and Glenna Matthews are now in Unit 16C from California. Jim writes articles on birds.
Roy Wait and Sue Hilchey from Indiana have moved into Unit 14B. Sue is a quilter and will be looking for help with some new designs.
Nancy and Ben Eisenstein moved from Chicago to Unit 9. Their interests include astronomy, bird watching, and biking.
Carol Rose lived in Big Bear, Calif., but more recently in Chandler. She has several friends in SBR, but is looking forward to making many more
Mike and Patty Henderson moved from California to Unit 4A and consider themselves normal average people who look forward to activities at SBR.
Pat and Bill Albu moved from Chicago to Unit 17. Bill wants to be involved with the Golf Association.
Linda and Alan Wacthorn moved to Unit 8 from Colorado. They love golf and pickleball.
Diana and Phil Posada moved to Unit 4B from central Oregon. Their interests are fly fishing and hunting. Phil is from Cuba.
Debby and Bob Ferguson are settling into Unit 1 and are from California. They like fly fishing.
Marie and Dale Malloy moved from Florida to Unit 17. They are happy to be at SBR and are looking forward to being involved with the community.
MaryAnn and Mark Leifer moved from Ohio to Unit 10. They love ballroom dancing, couples bridge, history, and language studies.
Stephen and Chrissy Kaestle moved from Pennsylvania to Unit 4A. Chrissy is proud to be the first quadriplegic woman to scuba dive in the ocean to a depth of 52 feet.
Kevin Hand came to SBR from California. He retired early to Unit 8 in order to enjoy the clean air of Arizona.
Ellen and Rich Millet have lived in Ohio, New York City, and California. They literally had to evacuate and drive through flames to get to Arizona. They are settling into 46B.
Kay and Tom First moved from California to Unit 9A. They are looking to become involved with the community.
