Linda Shannon-Hills
Overwhelmed with moving to SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR)? New community, new state, new home … where do you find all the information to make settling into this new community easier?
Join the Newcomers Welcome Program for an in-person gathering on Thursday, Sept. 1, starting at 3 p.m. We are meeting in the Sol Ballroom located in the Ranch House. Come early at 2:30 p.m. to have your photograph taken for the Roundup newspaper to introduce you to the community. You can also order a beverage from the Ranch House Grill bar before coming to the gathering.
No registration is required, but if you have questions, send an email to Linda Shannon-Hills at [email protected].
During our gathering, we present information about the HOA Management Team, Ranch House Grill and Brewery, Bistro Veinte, and Ed’s Dogs as well as important documents and rules for the community. We also explain the Minimum Requirements Spending and the optional Loyalty Reward Program. We direct you to volunteer opportunities, local restaurants, clubs, and activities at the Ranch and so much more. There is an overview of how to use the SBR HOA website and all the valuable information to make living at SaddleBrooke Ranch more enjoyable.
You can meet other residents in our community. Stay after the gathering to socialize with other new residents. If you closed months ago and still have questions, feel free to join our gathering.
If you can’t attend this gathering, mark your calendar for Thursday, Oct. 6 for the next Newcomers Welcome event.
