Have you been thinking about starting an exercise program that can increase your stamina, strengthen your muscles while being easy on your joints, improve your balance, and also allow you to meet new friends and have more fun? Well, Bev Hinton’s class can do all that and more. You couldn’t ask for a more experienced instructor. Bev is certified by the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA) and has been teaching classes for 24 years. Bev has always had a passion for water and was a swim instructor, lifeguard, and synchronized swimmer when she was younger. Lucky for us, Bev and her husband, Jim, who have been married 41 years, made the move from Southern California eight years ago to SaddleBrooke Ranch. We are so fortunate to have such an experienced and well-versed instructor in our community.
Bev loves helping people. Before retiring, Bev was an international emergency relief and long-term development worker. She worked for various nonprofit organizations and directed and managed humanitarian programs all over the world. Bev is very passionate about whatever endeavor she takes on.
So give it a try! Challenge yourself! Remember, without challenge, we can’t change. Living at SaddleBrooke Ranch can help us stay active—so let’s just do it!
Bev’s classes are as follows:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Each class is 50 minutes.
