What a fantastic day! Ken Martin organized the first Ken’s Barbies Ranch Tournament. Gold went to Toni Starner and Lynn Kehoe, Silver went to Deb Wieczorek and Sherry Barto, and Bronze went to Karen Deirdzinske and Deb Witten. However all members of this pickleball group were winners. We enjoyed fabulous play, great weather, and friendship. There were gifts for all the participants and some received prizes. We give a special shout–out to Joanne Weber, who was the score keeper and kept Ken organized. The Barbies loved all the support of the spectators who came to support ladies. Despite the large amount of work, Ken offered to organize another tournament next year. Ken Martin continues to offer advice and assistance to the ladies who desire to improve their pickleball game.
