Nancy and Harry Kendall closed in late April from Green Valley, Ariz., to their new home on Marble Drive in Unit 21B. They have previously lived in Havasu City and Yuma, Ariz., and San Diego, Calif. They look forward to learning more about our community.
Steve Meylink moved to the Ranch with his wife, Linda, last October on Cardinal Lane from Roseville, Calif. Linda recently passed. Steve is learning more about our beautiful community.
Stuart and Leslie Offer closed on their new home at the end of March 2024 on Dead Wood Trail in Unit 16B. The past year they have been traveling in their motorhome all over the USA. They have previously lived in Vermont and New York City. The SaddleBrooke Ranch facilities, the climate, and having family close sold them on moving to the Ranch. They are enjoying pickleball, bike riding, and hiking. They are BBQ judges.
Gary and Marcia Jacobson are renting on Marble, looking to purchase at SBR. They currently live in northern Georgia and have lived in Prescott, Ariz.
Dana and Tom Lamb moved into their new home in January 2024 on Happy Jack Trail in Unit 16A from Hamburg, N.Y. They have also lived in Terry, Mont. The Ranch House Brewery sold them on moving to the Ranch as well as the weather and amenities. They have one dog. They enjoy golf and watching Buffalo Bills football.
James (Jim) Redasky moved into his new home in early April on Blue Granite Lane in Unit 17 from Ewa Beach, Hawaii. He was born in Hawthorne, California but has also lived in Tucson. Jim enjoys meeting people, playing the guitar, and listening to Rock n’ Roll music.
Andy and Pam Bolland moved into their new home back in November 2023 on Canyon Vista Road in Unit 46B from Sandy, Utah. They have also lived in Scotland, Wales, South Africa, Canada, and Nevada. The variety of activities and amenities were a draw to the Ranch as well as the quality of life. They have one 12-year-old cat. Pam enjoys silversmithing and Andy enjoys golf.

Welcome to our new homeowners moving into our beautiful community in the last few months. We have a wonderful welcome program for all new residents to SaddleBrooke Ranch.
We encourage all new residents to visit the SBR HOA Desk to meet Jamie Shipley, located at the opposite end of the Ranch House Grill, to receive their orientation information for SaddleBrooke Ranch. We also encourage renters to visit Jamie to receive a renter’s card to use at the fitness center and indoor pool. Jamie can register you with access to other HOA information.
The group of Newcomers Welcome volunteers consists of SBR residents who enjoy meeting people and welcoming them to our community. They are active and enthusiastically involved with many of the clubs and organizations. Contact our group if you would like to become a Newcomer Welcome volunteer.
