The SaddleBrooke Ranchette Putters wrapped up an exciting month of play in April 2026, with strong competition, impressive improvement, and several outstanding hole-in-one performances highlighted throughout the month.
Leading the April prize winners was Jan Junkin with a stellar average score of 34.5. Tied closely behind were Linda Nicholson and Beth Wilson, each also posting averages of 34.5.
In the Lowest Average category, Barb Cohn and Corine Sturdivant tied with impressive 35.0 averages. Third-lowest honors were shared by Mary Anderson, Andrea Cothran, Pam Engelhardt, and Jules Poyer, all finishing with averages of 35.5.
Recognition also went to the month’s most improved players. Cyndi Hammonds earned Most Improved honors, followed by Marguerite Ronsberg as Second Most Improved and Debbie Penaluna taking Third Most Improved.
April also produced an impressive number of holes-in-one among club members. Players recording six holes-in-one included Barb Cohn, Andrea Cothran, Sandy Jessop, Linda Nicholson, Linda Olen, Janice Roach, Margie Stafford, Corine Sturdivant, and Beth Wilson.
Players earning seven holes-in-one were Mary Anne Frelund, Jan Junkin, Linda Keller, Stacey Raaf, and Sheryl Ratliff.
With eight holes-in-one each were Pam Engelhardt, Terri Menning, and Linda Noble. Sherry Brinster and Trish Minardeach recorded nine holes-in-one.
Topping the list for the month was Cyndi Hammonds with an outstanding 11 holes-in-one during April.
The SaddleBrooke Ranchette Putters continue to enjoy spirited weekly competition, camaraderie, and fun on the greens as members look ahead to another successful month of putting.
