Unit 6 Welcomes New Neighbors

Unit 6 friends gathered in June to welcome our newest neighbors. Marcey and Rob Kolb invited the entire neighborhood to join them for a Walking Tacos and Rob-a-Ritas party! Most of us didn’t know what a walking taco was until we were introduced this evening. In case you don’t know, you take a small bag of nacho chips, smash them up into small pieces, turn the bag on its side and cut open. Then, add your ground beef and toppings, add a fork and Ole’, you have a walking taco. What a fun evening! Welcome to Unit 6, Marcey and Rob!

Unit 6 Ice Cream Social Was a Sweet Success!

Back in May, the Unit 6 committee put together an ice cream social for all our neighbors. Around 40 people came out to try out different ice cream flavors, dairy-free choices, and popsicles, plus all the toppings you could imagine. A huge thank you to Renee Strand for organizing it—it was a great way to get everyone together and meet some of our new neighbors.
