This is an invitation to all SaddleBrooke Ranch residents who may want to beat the summer heat and participate in a rewarding and creative hobby. Come and join SaddleBrooke Ranch Paper Crafters! And for our current members, come and participate weekly to work on paper projects, learn new techniques, get inspired, and catch up with friends!
We have had such success over the past few months with our classes and demonstrations during studio time.
We have monthly sketch design challenges brought to us by Betty Pearce where we all work on a new design.
Another project taught by Nancy Felber was creating strip cards, which were so easy and such a creative use of scraps of paper to create beautiful, handcrafted greeting cards.
Another project taught by Barb Warner was creating six cards out of one sheet of “ugly” paper teaching us that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and beautiful cards can be created out of all kinds of paper.
Activity Center Summer Hours: Mondays 1 to 4 p.m.
Members: Please visit often! New materials are always available for new creations. Design books are available for inspiration. Check Team Reach for reminders, updates and project ideas.
Non-Members: This is an invitation—if paper crafting sounds interesting to you, please visit us during studio time Mondays 1 to 4 p.m. Meet crafters who will help you get started and give you inspiration to create paper works of art for you to enjoy in the future. Just bring yourself, and all supplies will be provided. Membership is only $20 per year.
We welcome you to come and see our studio window in the activity center. It is redesigned often to show so many examples of what can be created with paper. You can purchase handcrafted cards and paper items every Monday from 1 to 4 p.m.
