Game Group First to Enjoy ‘Seared Living’ Event

Kim Schweitzer and Gwenn Sobel

One of our favorite things about Tucson is discovering new and unique places around town. Recently, we visited Seared Living, a new store in the Plaza Colonial on Skyline.

Our Friday night game night crew was privileged to be the first to attend a tasting, arranged just for us. We enjoyed a sampling of some of their fabulous gourmet fare as well as a tour and explanation of the how and why of the store.

Owners Tawnya and Casey Erickson moved to Tucson from Montana to create this attractive, unique, and interesting store. Once inside, we found distinctive kitchen items and giftware as well as a large selection of specialty olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cheese, dried meat, spices, pasta, sauces, sweets, and so much more.

Seared Living is at 2870 E. Skyline Drive at Campbell Avenue, across from La Encantada. It is worth the trip, or check out their website searedliving.com.
