Monday, April 27, at 7:00 p.m. in the MountainView Country Club Ballroom, SaddleBrooke Health & Wellness will host Carol Dehasse, MD, OB/GYN, FACOG. Her topic will be on women’s health, Aging Gracefully: What’s Normal and What’s Not?
Dr. Dehasse attended medical school at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC 1993-1997. She did her Internships at University of Virginia, BA and Charlottesville, VA. Dr. Dehasse did her Fellowships at the American College of OBGYN and is American Board certified OBGYN by the National board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Dehasse completed her residency at Brooklyn Hospital Center, Brooklyn, NY in 2001. She is a member of the American Medical Association Society for Laparoscopic Surgeons and a Fellow of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is licensed in Arizona; her specialties include Gynecology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Women’s Health.

Dr. Carol Dehasse specializes in minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery, including robotic-assisted surgery. She is trained in single-site robotic-assisted hysterectomy in which hysterectomy is completed through a small incision through the belly button, leaving the patient virtually scarless. She is knowledgeable in a variety of other women’s health topics as well, including menopause and general gynecologic issues. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French and is learning Swahili and Arabic.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, running, swimming, tennis, surfing, skating and travel.
