The Tri-Community Food Bank (TCFB) receives donations of food and household items from Dollar General stores on a weekly basis. The donations are the result of a grocery rescue program in which The Dollar General Corporation partners with Feeding America to donate excess inventory items to local Food Banks.

Once a week, volunteers from the TCFB pick up donated items from Dollar General stores in Oracle, San Manuel, and Mammoth. These items, which would have been discarded, are a welcome addition to regular Food Bank offerings. Items donated include frozen meals, canned foods, condiments, sweet treats, vitamins and OTC medicines, toys, and even pet food.

Since this program began, the Tri-Community Food Bank has received thousands of pounds of food and household items from Dollar General. Many thanks to the Dollar General stores and their managers in Oracle, San Manuel, and Mammoth for helping the Food Bank to feed our neighbors in SE Pinal County.

The Tri-Community Food Bank has always been an all-volunteer organization, spending 0% for administration costs.

We need ongoing and substitute volunteers. To volunteer, please call the Food Bank at 520-487-2010 during business hours. The TCFB is located at 108 Redwood Road in Mammoth and is open five days a week (Monday through Thursday and Saturday) from 9 a.m. to noon. We serve the communities of Oracle, San Manuel, Mammoth, and Dudleyville. We are an IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and an Arizona Qualifying Charitable Organization.
