If you are looking to start your fitness journey or maybe just change up your current fitness routine, why not try Bodyworks with Debbie? Each month the class offers a new cardio workout along with different sets of weight training and of course exercises for our core. The class can be challenging, but can also be modified to fit you. Those who have been taking the class regularly have shared the change in how they feel, along with how their bodies are changing. Bonus, right? Let’s face it … we are not as young as we once were.
