Linda Shannon-Hills
You are loving our wonderful community, but do you know all that is available to you as a new resident? Don’t be overwhelmed with moving to SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR). It’s a new community, new state, new home … “Where do I find all the information to make settling into this new community easier?”
Come to the Newcomers Welcome gathering on Wednesday, June 26. Come early, at 2:45 p.m., to have your photograph taken for the SaddleBrooke Ranch Roundup to introduce you to our community. You can also order a beverage from the Ranch House Grill bar and bring it to the gathering.
No registration is required, but if you have questions, send an email to Linda Shannon-Hills at [email protected].
During our gathering, we present information about the HOA Management Team, important documents and rules for the community, and details about the Ranch House Grill and Brewery, Bistro Veinte, and Ed’s Dogs. We also explain the Minimum Requirements spending and the optional Loyalty Reward Program. We direct you to volunteer opportunities, local restaurants, clubs, activities at the Ranch, and so much more. There is an overview of how to use the SBR HOA website and all the valuable information to make living at SaddleBrooke Ranch more enjoyable.
You can meet other residents in our community. Stay after the gathering to socialize with the other new residents. If you closed months ago and still have questions, feel free to join our gathering.
Can’t attend this gathering? We will have more in the fall of 2024. The SBR Newcomers Welcome Volunteers look forward to meeting you!
