Siyamak Khorrami

Barry J. Brunetto

We are honored to announce that our guest speaker for our Oct. 15 meeting is Siyamak Khorrami of The Epoch Times. The meeting will take place in the Sol Ballroom at 3:30 p.m.

The Epoch Times is an independent media organization dedicated to delivering value-driven journalism that informs, inspires, and provides clarity.

Founded in 2000 on the premise that truth and tradition are cornerstones of a thriving society, they have a deep commitment to freedom of the press. They draw inspiration from the experiences of our first reporters and editors in China, who faced state-sanctioned censorship, torture, and jail.

They have an unwavering commitment to stories that matter, in-depth reporting, and timeless values. Their goal is to serve our readers with reporting free from political agendas, corporate influence, and government pressure.

The Epoch Times is one of the fastest-growing media companies in the United States. Internationally, they publish in 22 languages across 35 countries.

The Epoch Times has received numerous awards for reporting and design, including from the Society of Professional Journalists, the New York Press Association, and the Society for News Design.

Siyamak Khorrami is the General Manager of The Epoch Times, a newly created local edition of the fastest-growing independent news source in the United States. Based in Irvine, Khorrami launched The Epoch Times Southern California in 2018. He oversees the operations and distribution of the print and digital publications, which currently reach subscribers throughout Southern California as well as Arizona and Nevada.

In 2020, he launched and became the host of California Insider, a 30-minute television show that airs Tuesdays and Thursdays on Epoch TV and multiple radio stations in Los Angeles and San Francisco. With a focus on California’s economic growth, cultural influences, technology, legislation, local government, etc., Khorrami interviews thought leaders, professional experts, and citizens about trending topics and critical issues.

The SBR Republican GOP Club meets the third Wednesday of the month from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in the Sol Ballroom at the Ranch House Grill and Brewery. All SaddleBrooke Ranch residents are welcome to attend.

Our goal is to educate our community about people and issues at the local, state, and federal level. Please watch for our meeting announcements in the weekly Ranch Reminder. See you there!
