The new leadership team for the Lady Niners of SaddleBrooke Ranch has been selected and will begin serving in June. The Coordinator for the group will be Janice Neal, who will also serve as website manager. Ardie Rossi will continue to serve as the Coordinator for outside golfing/tournament events (thank you, Ardie!). Karen McIver will serve as the Chair of Membership, Tove Pape as the Lead Captain, Karen Lanning as the Chair of Publicity, and Jean-Elaine Parfet will be in charge of ordering the shirts with the group’s logo.
Our heartfelt thanks go out to all of the previous volunteers who started the Lady Niners at SBR more than eight years ago and put in a tremendous amount of work, growing the organization to over 75 members! Appreciation is extended to the previous leadership team; Ardie Rossi, who served as the Coordinator, Jeanne Bianchini who was responsible for the shirts, Diane Seyl who served as Lead Captain, and Mary Ann Nemecek, who served as Membership Chair. Thank you, ladies, for your dedication and hard work!
The Lady Niners is a social league that invites women of all golfing abilities to play in an informal and easy-going setting. The group plays on Tuesdays throughout the year and serves as an opportunity for ladies to play nine holes of golf in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where they can improve upon their skills and become versed in golf rules and etiquette, without penalty or pressure.
