The SBR Women’s Golf Association (SBRWGA) participates annually in the Arizona Golf Association’s (AGA) State Medallion Tournament. This is a year-long event for women of AGA member clubs. Each club records the best two-score low gross total and two-score low net total from the four rounds designated as State Medallion rounds during the year. Those two winners receive the prestigious AGA “ball marker” medallion and are invited to represent their club at the State Medallion Tournament to be held in January 2021 at the PebbleCreek Golf Club in Goodyear, Ariz.
In 2020, our AGA State Medallion winners were Jean Cheszek for low gross score, and Lee Rinke for low net score. Congratulations Jean and Lee, and good luck at the State Medallion Tournament!
