How do you feel when you get up in the morning or when you have been sitting in your comfy chair for a few hours? Stiff, sore, and maybe wishing you hadn’t got up? Well there is something you can do about that, and the solution is right in front of you! Have you ever tried a stretch class? It is a class offered here at SaddleBrooke Ranch. The class is instructed by Kelly Hastings three days a week at the fitness center. Kelly will start at the top of your body and work all the way down to your feet, stretching all those muscles you use and need all day and loosening them so you can perform daily activities.

A few of the benefits of stretching are: reduces the chance of injury, improves muscle blood flow, enables your muscles to move more efficiently, and helps joints move through their full range of motion.

Plus, Kelly’s stretch class is another opportunity to meet new people.

Kelly’s Stretch Class Schedule

Tuesdays: 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.

Wednesdays: 10:30 to 11:20 a.m.

Thursdays: 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
