Sunrise vinyasa flow yoga resumes, beginning Friday, April 16 at 7 a.m., and will continue each Monday and Friday. The location will be outdoors behind the Ranch House Grill, overlooking the beautiful lake and mountain. You will be required to bring your own mat and any props you enjoy, such as a yoga strap, blocks, and cushion. Tickets to attend are available to purchase online at the SaddleBrooke Ranch website.
Each morning, as we awaken with the sun, our body, mind, and spirit awaken to a new day filled with possibilities. Our sunrise vinyasa yoga practice is designed to help us experience the new day with a sense of renewal and optimism. Our practice is for all levels of yogis from beginner to those more advanced. We will emphasize our mind-body connection with breath awareness and move into a fluid moving meditation, designed to warm and strengthen body, mind, and spirit. We will practice balancing poses and core strengthening poses. Our practice will close with a grounding, calming savasana pose that will allow us to absorb the positive, healing energy of our sunrise vinyasa flow.
