Texans Just Like to Get Together!

Mary Kay Voss

There’s something about Texans—we can move away from the Lone Star State, but we never quite leave Texas behind. Give us a reason to gather, share a few stories and enjoy some good-natured fun, and we’re ready!

This month, a group of Texas Club members will be exploring Tucson aboard the Tucson Trolley’s “Murals and More” tour. It promises to be a colorful afternoon filled with fascinating sights, local history and, undoubtedly, plenty of Texas-sized conversation.

Our next big outing will be Friday, Nov. 14, when the Texas Club heads to the Gaslight Music Hall in Oro Valley for a matinee performance of The Odd Couple—Female Version. We have reserved space for 30 people and secured a group price of $31 per person. Food and beverages will be available for separate purchase.

Please note that the group rate depends upon attendance. If our group falls below 16 people, the ticket price will increase to $39.92 per person—so come join the fun and help us fill those seats!

The Texas Club has no dues and no complicated membership requirements. We’re simply a friendly collection of Texas expatriates—and those who enjoy hanging around with us! We are always building our membership list and looking for folks who would like to become more involved, help with future activities or simply join us for some Texas-sized fellowship.

Club members have already received complete information about the November outing through TeamReach. If you aren’t receiving our announcements, download the TeamReach app and join us:
