April 8 was a perfect day for the SaddleBrooke Ranch Women’s Golf Association’s (SBRWGA) second annual golf charity event benefiting IMPACT of Southern Arizona. One hundred and twenty-eight SaddleBrooke Ranch golfers started the day on the golf course, then gathered in the Sol Ballroom for lunch, golf awards, and raffles. With the help of dozens of people who volunteered their time or donated raffle prizes, we made a huge impact—$19,550 raised for the charity.
Upon receiving the donation, Executive Director of IMPACT of Southern Arizona Barbara McClure wrote, “Truly, this contribution by so many will make a huge difference in what we do. Every dollar donated goes 100% to help a client; and we have thousands of people who rely on us each month. We are successful because of the myriad amazing community partners who help us with time, treasure, and talent. It really does take the passion of a whole community to start a ripple of change in so many lives.”
Planning is already in the works for a 2026 event. Keep your eyes open so that you can be there!
