Pastor Chris Collins visits Community Church at SaddleBrooke

Carol Thompson

CCSB (Community Church at SaddleBrooke) was blessed to have Pastor Chris Collins once again speak to our members at Sunday services on July 29, 2018. His message was uplifting and down-to-earth as he took us through ACTS with the theme of bold faith.

A native of Tucson, he moved his family from Nashville, Tennessee to work with youth. Chris has worked as Area Director of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FSA) for the past six years. He had an area of southern Arizona where he worked with over 600 male and female campers; many who have made a decision for Christ.

Now, accepting an executive position with Church of the Nazarene here in Oro Valley, he and his wife Sharon and three children will make their home there. According to our Pastor Steve Wilson, a longtime friend to Chris, “He is truly the future of what a church is looking for.”

CCSB is a Christ-centered Church with a mission to glorify God by becoming a community of grace where people will receive, live and share the love of Jesus Christ. Join us every Sunday morning at the DesertView Performing Arts Center in SaddleBrooke at 8:30 a.m. All are welcome.
