Robson Ranch hosted and won the 15th annual Robson Trap Trials, a multi-community trap-shooting competition held March 27 at the Casa Grande Trap and Skeet Club. Sixty clay-target shooters from six Arizona Robson communities attended. Each competitor shot three rounds, consisting of 25 targets at five different stations, for a total of 75 clay targets.

Dave Athey from Quail Creek took top honors hitting 74 of 75 targets.

The trap shooters and their 18 guests enjoyed a luncheon after the competition at Robson Ranch Grill. An excellent banquet-style meal was put on by the Robson restaurant staff. After lunch, a drawing was held for multiple door prizes. A great time was enjoyed by one and all.
