Canvas and Cocktails, the popular painting and social event led by SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR) artist and instructor Janice Mihora, will be hosted by the SBR Painters Club this spring with dates in March, April, and May. Participants will learn the basic techniques of acrylic painting while enjoying bring-your-own-beverages and snacks. At the end of the session, they will have a personal piece of art to take home.
Events are scheduled for the following dates:
March 10—painting is “Frida Kahlo”
April 21—painting is “April Flowers”
May 5—painting is “Hit ‘Em Straight”
Sessions begin at 2 p.m. and last for 2 ½ hours. The cost is $45 and includes all painting supplies. Participants bring their own beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and snacks, if desired.
To register, go to GroupWorks, SBR Painters Club, Events, open the desired event, and click on “I’m Going.” Membership in the SBR Painters Club is not required for registration. Registration closes one week prior to each session, but don’t delay because these will fill up fast!
