Linda Harvey

HOA Website

The Homeowners Association (HOA) website at saddlebrookeranchhoa.org provides a wealth of information for residents. It has a directory of homeowners, maps of the community, information about fitness classes, and much more.

Ranch Reminder

The Ranch Reminder is an eNewsletter that comes out each Monday from Alex Baker of the HOA. It contains information about the HOA, including upcoming events and entertainment at the Ranch House Grill and the Bistro. Each person in your household can receive the Ranch Reminder as long as their email address is listed on the HOA website.

Ranch Forecaddie

The Ranch Forecaddie is a monthly eNewsletter written by the Golf professional staff and has golf-related news.

Ranch House Grill eNewsletter

News about the Ranch House Grill and the Bistro, including weekly dining specials, comes out weekly and can be automatically emailed to you.

SaddleBrooke Ranch Roundup

The free monthly community newspaper is sent to homes, but it can also be viewed online. After logging into saddlebrookeranch.org, click on “Communication” and then “Ranch Roundup.” This is a great way to view past issues of the Roundup.

Subscribing to eNewsletters

New homeowners are automatically subscribed to the SaddleBrooke Ranch eNewsletters after registering their new home or lease with the HOA. If you would like to receive one of these newsletters and have not received it, you can sign up by logging into the HOA website at saddlebrookeranch.org and clicking on “Communication,” “Ranch,” and then “General Information.” Scroll down to the item you want and complete the form.

If you have subscribed, but still are not receiving your newsletters, it is possible that your email server is blocking these emails because it thinks they are spam. We recommend that you add the following email address to your online address book: [email protected]. That will let your server know that emails from this address are welcome.

If you have changed your email address, please let the HOA know so that the information can be updated for your newsletters and your HOA website account.

Unsubscribing to eNewsletters

If you wish to unsubscribe from any specific or all of the newsletters, please contact [email protected]. You may also use the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of the newsletters, but due to the way the email database is structured, clicking on that link will unsubscribe you from all of the newsletters.

SaddleBrooke Ranch Source Book

The Source Book is a printed reference book that SaddleBrooke Ranch homeowners receive when closing on their home or when checking-in with Jamie at the Front Desk. It contains a resident directory as well as general information, a resource guide, and advertising from local merchants. This book is published annually by Robson Publishing. In order to be listed in the next Source Book, you need to fill out and submit the form located in the first few pages of the book or complete the online Source Book Form by logging into saddlebrookeranchhoa.org and clicking on “Communication” then “General Information.” Then scroll down to Source Book.
