On the brisk but beautiful morning of Tuesday, Dec. 7, the ladies of the SaddleBrooke Ranch Women’s Golf Association (SBRWGA) participated in their annual Member-Member Tournament. With the theme for this year’s tournament being “Isn’t She Lovely,” several partner groups came dressed or accessorized in the spirit of the theme with feathers, tiaras, rhinestone jewelry, pearls, long gloves, and lots of sparkle.
This Member-Member Tournament allows members to choose another member to be their partner in this 2-ball net best ball event. And there was record participation with 66 golfers!
The overall winning team was Trish Kelly and Shirley Purcell with a best ball net score of 65 (7 strokes under par) to beat the next best team by 2 shots! Congratulations on a terrific round of member-member golf!

Closest-to-the-Pin winner on hole number 5 was Debbie Shelton and on hole number 14 it was CJ Kerley.
A banquet at the Ranch House Ballroom followed the golf play, and included a fashion show with several lady golfers modeling clothes from Chicos, as well as numerous miscellaneous door prizes for the lucky winners. A wonderful time was had by all!
