An Aqua Zumba class has been added to the fitness schedule each Saturday at 9:30 a.m. The class instructor is Kim Denny. Kim developed a total-body water fitness program. The class works on cardio conditioning and strength training, as well as flexibility. The class is lively and the music is upbeat!
