Welcome New Neighbors

Dan and Trish Heilman live at the Ranch with their two cats on Arroyo Grande in Unit 46B. They moved from Beaverton, Ore. They also lived in Thousand Oaks and Camarillo, Calif., and Columbus, Ohio. They enjoy the people in the community, golf, cooking, brewing beer, mixing cocktails, and ancestry.

Susan and Walter Atkenson moved to their new home on Osprey Drive in Unit 21A. They have lived in Phoenix and Frankfort, Ill. The draw to the Ranch is golf and the beauty of the area, but they are enjoying everything we have in our community.

Misty and Doug Alston closed on their new home on Talc Street in Unit 18B in August from Salt Lake City, Utah, with their Rottweiler, Megaera. They have also lived in Japan, England, Alaska, and Texas. The amenities and sunshine brought them to SBR. Misty loves KPOP, and Doug enjoys airplanes and astronomy.

Jim and Kerry Marrer moved into their new home on Osprey Drive in Unit 21A in the Villas on the first of September, moving from St. Cloud, Minn. They have also lived in Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, and New York. They moved to the Ranch because of the location and wanted a new home.

Pamela Petranovich and Tim Kaiser moved to their new home from Utah. They live on Flagstone Lane in Unit 18C along with their dog. All our amenities, the location, and the builder helped make the decision to move to the Ranch.

Welcome to the new homeowners moving into our beautiful community in the last few months. We have a wonderful welcome program for all new residents to SaddleBrooke Ranch (SBR).

Each month, the Newcomers Welcome Volunteers hold a gathering for new homeowners and renters. You are invited to attend to learn more about our community. We take photographs of homeowners to be included in the SaddleBrooke Ranch Roundup newspaper. It is optional to have your photograph taken, but it is a good way to be introduced to the community.

We encourage all new residents to visit the SBR Front Desk to meet Jamie Shipley, located at the opposite end of the Ranch House Grill, to receive their orientation information for SaddleBrooke Ranch. We also encourage renters to visit Jamie to receive a renter’s card to use at the fitness center and indoor pool. Jamie can register you with access to other HOA information.

The group of Newcomers Welcome Volunteers consists of SBR residents who enjoy meeting people and welcoming them to our community. They are active and enthusiastically involved with many of the clubs and organizations. Contact our group if you would like to become a Newcomer Welcome Volunteer.
